PricesThe prices quoted are for one day use. If you would like to rent items for an extended period
of time, please Call for special rates. Most items can be picked up the day before the event and returned the day after
by 12 pm. Prices are subject to change without notice.
PaymentChecks are accepted with a valid driver's license and major credit card. major credit cards
accepted are: Visa, Master Card, American Express, and Discover.
ReservationsEarly reservations are recommended.
For Summer events reserving 6 months in advance is recommended
to insure availability. A 50% deposit is required at the time of reservation.
A credit card number is required for a security deposit.

Our normal delivery
schedule is as follows:
*Monday 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
*Tuesday - Friday 9:00 am to 5:00 pm
*Saturday 9:00 am to 5:00 pm.
Special arrangements may be made
for delivery times outside the above schedule. Deliveries are made to a dock, door or garage that is immediately
accessible to our trucks. If delivered equipment requires a long carry or stairs, additional
charges may apply. Please Call for a quote on
your next delivery.
Cleaning and Damage
Dishes and food service items are clean and ready for use. Please
rinse all dishes and return them in their original containers.
Linens should be dry and free from food and other refuse. Each linen
will be inspected for burns, candle wax, holes, stains or other
damage. Replacement value will be charged for damaged or lost items.
After customer pays for damaged linens, they are welcome to take the
linens. Paid for, damaged linens will only be held at Pacific Rental
for two weeks. After this period, the linens will be discarded and
no longer available to the customer.
Guidelines for TentsReservations involving tented events require a 50% deposit. 25% of the
total tent rental is
non-refundable at time of reservation.
Additional charges may be quoted for tents set up on: asphalt, concrete, gravel, decks or
extremely hard-packed surfaces requiring drilled pilot holes for anchors. We are happy to advise you after a site

for underground utility locations prior to tent installation. This is a free service. Allow at least 5 days notice.
It is the customer's responsibility to mark the location of any irrigation lines or septic fields on the property.
Customers are also responsible for any necessary permits.
